General terms and conditions of Tri-Mobil Limited Company for Marketing and Distribution Dear customer Your satisfaction with our deliveries and services always comes first with us. Should you have any reason for a complaint or would like to express criticism or praise or have detected an error in our range of products please send an e-mail to stop@manybells.com or a fax to 0049 234/610 269 52. Before placing your order please take note of the following terms and conditions. General terms The following delivery and payment conditions apply to all our deliveries and services. Should single conditions among our terms of sale and delivery be invalid, this doesn’t invalidate the other conditions. Orders only become binding for us after we have confirmed them by e-mail. Range of products All products only while stocks last. Retention of title: The delivered goods remain our property until they have been completely paid for. Prices: prices at the time of ordering are valid for the respective delivery. All prices for consumers are in Euro and include V.A.T.; errors excepted. Returns policy for dealers You can withdraw from the contract with tri mobil within 2 weeks in written form or by mail. You can return your purchase to us in its original condition and packaging without giving reasons. (We would be grateful for a tip concerning your reasons, however, as it would help us improve our range of products). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs and risks of reshipment. Warranty The warranty period is 24 months from the time of delivery to the customer. Obvious defects have to be declared immediately to claim warranty; at the latest 14 days after delivery in written form. In case of a defect within our field of responsibility we reserve the right to repair or replace the faulty item. Warranty is excluded in cases of improper handling or faulty maintenance. Warranty doesn’t apply in the case of natural wear. Conditions of payment Conditions of payment for end consumers: We can only dispatch your order after receipt of payment. Conditions of payment for dealers: Your conditions of payment apply to online orders too. New customers please inquire about conditions of sale. Overseas deliveries Invoices are issued in Euro only. For deliveries to private persons with in the European Union the current German V.A.T. rate is valid. Orders from countries outside the European Union are not possible. Payments from foreign bank institutes don’t require an additional fee if you state the IBAN or SWIFT code for our bank account in your bank transfer. This code can be found on your invoice. Shipping costs/ prices All prices for consumers include V.A.T. Shipping costs are extra. For deliveries to EU countries please inquire about shipping costs. Severability clause Should one of the above clauses be void the other clauses still remain effective.
